Aquaman (2018)

The most exciting part of this movie was waiting through the credits to see some scenes were shot in Newfoundland. I got nothing out of Aquaman. I didn’t hate it. It just feels like I didn’t even see it. I can remember two moments; one was a good one bad. I’ll start with the good. There is a fight sequence near the beginning of the movie, and there are some entertaining and high octane camera movements that excite a fairly mundane superhero beatdown. The bad moment was a long gladiator-style fight between the Aquaman and the bad guy that was CGI heavy and looked terrible. Looks aside, the battle was super anticlimactic and illogical. I would go as far as calling it DUMB. I have forgotten anything else that happens in the movie. I would recommend big fans of the Aquaman character and related IP.
